Privacy Policy

Nowroading Co., Ltd. ("we") provides the Suzune apps (iOS, Android) and the relay that delivers notifications ("the relay"). This policy explains the information we handle.

1. Your server's data

Messages — titles, bodies, choices and replies — live on the Suzune server that you (or the sender) run. We do not handle them. When they pass through the relay they stay encrypted with keys held by your device and your server, and we cannot read them.

2. What the relay receives

Push notification addresses (Apple APNs / Google FCM tokens) and their environment
The device name you set in the app
Purchase information used to verify purchases (Apple / Google transaction identifiers). For the free tier, the identifier of an Apple App Attest key that shows the device runs the genuine app
Which servers may notify you (grants) and server identifiers
Encrypted replies, kept for up to 7 days until your server collects them, then deleted
Counts of notifications and replies to enforce limits; IP addresses are used briefly to prevent abuse
Operational logs (time and type; never message contents or tokens), deleted after 30 days

3. What we don't do

No advertising, tracking or analytics. We don't sell or share the information
No accounts (no names or email addresses)

4. Service providers

We use Apple (APNs, App Store) and Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play) to deliver notifications and verify purchases, and Amazon Web Services (Tokyo region) to run the relay.

5. Deletion and contact

Removing a device in the app stops it on the relay. To delete remaining information or ask questions, contact support@nowroading.com.

We will announce changes on this page.
